Accessibility Commitment

SPEDScribe.ai is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We are committed to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continuously improving the user experience for everyone.

We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. SPEDScribe does not yet fully conform; the gaps we know about are listed below.

• Some text, including our green links and some footer text, does not yet meet the WCAG AA contrast minimum.
• Some controls do not yet work with a keyboard alone, including several expandable sections on our public pages.
• Keyboard focus is faint on many controls, and range sliders show no focus outline.
• Some pop-up windows, including Book a Demo, are not yet announced as dialogs, and some icon-only buttons, such as close buttons, have no text label.
• After some dictation controls are used, keyboard focus is lost.
• At some zoom levels the navigation is clipped, and on provider pages, zooming or resizing across about 768 pixels wide can discard an unsaved dictation.
• We have not yet tested SPEDScribe with a screen reader or other assistive technology, and some fields, tables and buttons are not yet labelled for one.

We have not yet published a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT).

A DOJ interim final rule of April 20, 2026 (91 FR 20902) extended its compliance dates to April 26, 2027 for public entities serving 50,000 or more people, and to April 26, 2028 for smaller entities and special district governments.
